Superbly managed 172 Military and 97 Japanese Security Force personnel in over 500 service calls; 150 DUI/DWI vehicle check points and 100 vehicle inspections

Effectively supervised patrol squads during the execution of 40 FNDF Random Anti-Terrorism measures.

 As Command Assessment Team member; collected data on the command climate from 242 Sailors while helping to promote the Navy Equal Opportunity Policies; Results decrease in the occurrence of unlawful discrimination and sexual harassment incidents by 98%. 

As a Leading Chief Petty Officer, Chief of Police Supervise 172 security personnel and 97 Japanese Security Force personnel in Japan open base command festivals, fostering strong community relations and enhancing goodwill with the Host Nation

Provided law enforcement crowd control during the 2012 NAS Jacksonville  Blue Angels Air show which attracted 36,000 visitors with zero incidents
